Chapter 4

We will cover only the first Lesson in Chapter 4.  At the end of this unit students will be able to differentiate between what is living, and what is non-living. 

Chapter 4 Lesson 1: What is Life?

Essential Question:  What are Cells?

Learning Objective:  1. Students will be able to differentiate between living and non-living things.
Purpose of Objective:  This will enable students to correctly list the characteristics of life, explain what living things need to survive, and explain where living things come from.
Success Criteria:  Students are successful when they can identify biotic and abiotic factors.
